Billing and Insurance

For your convenience, St. Luke’s Family Health provides one central billing office. We will be happy to file your insurance claims, but we do request a copy of your insurance card to ensure accurate information for processing. Payment is due at the time of service along with proof of insurance. Payment can be made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
